Course Description
Part of the Efficient Respiratory Care Curriculum, Making Sense of Research is designed to provide respiratory therapists with an overview of how to utilize published clinical and bench research to make decisions regarding equipment and patient care.

Objectives
  • Upon completion of the course, the participant should understand:
  • -Fundamentals of research design
  • -How to judge quality of publication
  • -How to conduct a literature review
  • -Evaluation of research methods, results and conclusions
